Detox & Regeneration:
Each day includes two Ayurvedic therapies for deep detoxification and body harmonisation:
• Abhyanga Ayurvedic Oil Massage (45 min) – Deep relaxation, lymphatic system stimulation
• Herbal Steam Therapy (Swedana) – Detoxification of the body
• Special Shirodhara Therapy – Warm oil stream over the forehead to relax the mind
• Cleansing Herbal Wraps – Supports skin and muscle regeneration
• Reflexology Massage for Feet or Head – Harmonisation of the nervous system
• Herbal Skin Care Elixirs – Rejuvenating and revitalising effects
Each day, participants will receive two therapies based on their individual needs.
Meals are prepared according to Ayurvedic principles, focusing on balancing the doshas and supporting digestion:
• Morning Cleansing Rituals – Warm water with lemon, ginger or herbal tea
• Balanced Breakfasts – Porridge with spices, fresh fruit, green leafy soups and herbal drinks
• Light Lunches – Seasonal vegetables, mung bean soups, lightly spiced legumes
• Nourishing Dinners – Warm vegetable dishes, ghee, basmati rice, herbal teas
• Individual Recommendations – Tailored diet according to participants’ doshas
